Managed cloud vs raw IaaS

You can rent raw cloud infrastructure from AWS, Google Cloud, or Hetzner and configure everything yourself, or you can use a managed-cloud host that sits on top and handles the server work. Cloudways, ChemiCloud, and Liquid Web are managed; Hetzner and raw OVHcloud are closer to do-it-yourself.
