OVERVIEW
This page outlines my professional journey, current work at Seahawk Media, and the evolution of my WordPress career. Everything here is factual and based on actual experience.
PHASE 1: FAMILY BUSINESS (2007-2016)
Joined the family business with my parents. Grew an offline gemstones and jewellery business to a multi-million-dollar online ecommerce business.
PHASE 2: TRANSITION TO WORDPRESS (2017-2020)
Identified market gap: reliable WordPress migration and maintenance services were scarce. Businesses needed these services, but providers were either unreliable or overpriced.
Decision: Build an agency to address this specific problem. Started out as the Sitecook, which is now Seahawk Media, after I met my co-founder, Ryan James.
PHASE 3: BUILDING SEAHAWK (2020-PRESENT)
Started with migration projects, refined processes through client work, expanded to maintenance and white-label services (agencies and hosts).
Current status: Global team, international clients, systematic service delivery.
